Introduction

FictArt, operated by Grand Vision Tech Software Limited, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement on our platform.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on FictArt without authorization, please send us a written notice including the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on FictArt (e.g., URL or other identifying details).
  • Your contact information (address, phone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its original location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your area and will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringers

FictArt may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. In serious cases, action may be taken after a single violation.
