Account Issues

  • Login Problems: We already support Google login, ensure you are using the correct email, contact support if the error persists.

Billing & Subscription

  • Plan Changes: Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime through your account settings. Please note that plan changes will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.
  • Payment Issues: Ensure your payment method is valid. For recurring billing problems, contact support with your account and transaction details.
  • Refunds:
    • Within 7 days of purchase: If no credits from the current membership package have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • After 7 days of purchase: Refunds for that month are not available.

Technical Support

  • Image Generation Issues: If AI outputs are not appearing or errors occur, check your internet connection and retry. Provide screenshots or prompts to help troubleshoot. If your image generation fails, no credits will be deducted.
  • File Upload/Download Problems: Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and WebP. Ensure file size and dimensions meet platform limits.
  • Feature Access: Verify your subscription plan includes the feature you are trying to use.

Privacy & Security

  • Data Handling: We use industry-standard encryption methods to protect your data. However, since images on the platform can be shared by users, any image you share may be publicly accessible.
  • Account Security: Enable strong passwords and use unique emails for your account. Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.
